            Complainant is absent  on call.  Statutory period  for hearing on admission  has already been over.  Perused the complainant petition. The complainant has not  filed any document .  on perused of the complainant  petition . it is seen that , the Ops are resident of Chennai  and  Sambalpur and the transaction is through Op No: 3 who is having his office      at Sambalpur.  The complainant  has  not produce  any document to show that the cause of action  arose at Bolangir . Hence this Forum has no  territorial  jurisdiction to decide  the case. Accordingly  the case of the  complainant is dismissed as not admitted.

             Pronounced in the open Forum  to-day  i.e the  17^th  day of   September’  2018.
