1. This complaint is filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 and stood over to this date for consideration and this Commission passed the following order.

2.       This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties. The first opposite party not appeared before this Commission on the date fixed for appearance and hence this Commission declared first opposite party as exparte. The case was posted for taking steps against second opposite party. Inspite of giving sufficient opportunities, the complainant failed to take any steps against the second opposite party. The complainant was continuously absent and not taken any steps against second opposite party. In the above circumstances, we find that complaint is not interested to further proceed with this complaint. Hence this complaint is dismissed.

            In the result, the complaint is dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.

            A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
