1.       This complaint is filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 and stood over to this date for consideration and this Commission passed the following order.

2.       This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite party alleging deficiency in service. After accepting the notice, the opposite party present and filed version. Since 09.05.2022 this case is adjourned for the purpose of filing the affidavit of complainant. As the complainant was continuously absent notice was issued to the complainant to appear before this Commission.

3.       Complainant continuously absent. Notice served. Complainant called absent. Opposite party represented. Complainant not filed proof affidavit to prove his case. Hence complaint dismissed for default.

           In the result, the complaint is dismissed for default. There will be no order as to costs.

 

            A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
