            Complainant present.  Opposite party represented.  Matter settled out ofCourt.  To that effect memo filed.  As per the joint memo Forum passed the following orders.  Opposite party agreed to replace the fabric instead of old rexin, which is used in sofa set delivered by opposite party. Complainant agreed to that terms.  Hence complaint dismissed as withdrawn.
