                   The learned counsel for complainant has made a statement before this Commission that due to some technical error, she wants to withdraw the present complaint reserving her right of fresh filing. Her statement in this regard recorded separately.

                    In view of above statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is made clear that the complainant shall be at liberty to file a fresh complaint, if any, before the competent authority as per law and they shall be entitled for benefit of section 14 (3) of The Limitation Act, 1963.
