                   Sh. Ashok Kumar, Branch Manager, Union Bank, Sonepat in person with Sh. Manoj Kumar, Adv. for JDs.

                   Sh. Ashok Kumar, Branch Manager of Union Bank of India, Sonepat put his appearance and stated that they have complied the order of the Hon’ble Commission and accordingly, the bank account No. 510101003847968 of JD lying with Union Bank of India has been attached with amount of Rs. 76,695/, as was ordered.

                   On perusal of documents submitted by said Branch Manager of Union Bank of India, we have observed that as per the order passed by this Commission on 25.4.2022, the bank account No. 510101003847968 for an amount of Rs. 76,695/-has been attached by the said bank.

                  So taking into consideration the said documents and in view of order passed by this Commission in the present execution petition on 25.4.2022, Assistant of this Commission is directed to issue a letter to the Branch Manager of the Union Bank of India, Branch Sonepat, Sonepat asking him to issue a DD/Cheque of a sum of Rs. 76,695/-in favour of Decree Holder i.e. Deepak son of Satvir, resident of village Rampura, Post Office Dohka Harya, Tehsil and District Charkhi Dadri (Mob No. 9671483413) within a period of 30 days from the date of receiving of said letter under intimation to this Commission with copy of said DD/cheque. The present execution petition stands disposed off accordingly.

                   Papers be consigned to the record-room, after due compliance.
