ORDER

SRI. K. ANIRUDHAN (MEMBER) The petitioner Sri.Sumith has filed the complaint against the opposite party to rectify the defects of the computer and its printer, which was purchased by the petitioner from the opposite party, and to get the compensation and cots. Notice was isssued to the opposite party and it was accepted by him. But he has not filed any version. Case was posted on 11.10.07, 3.12.07, 14.1.08, 14.2.08, 26.2.08 and 29.2.08. On these adjourment dates both complainant and opposite party were absent. In this circumstances the original petition is dismissed for default. Pronounced in open Forum on this the 15th day of March, 2008.
