The case record is taken up today for W/V by the OP No.1 and S/R of OP No.2.. Ld. Adv. for the Complainant files a petition today praying for dismissal of the complaint on the ground that the instant complaint case has been amicably settled. The Complainant was examined. He has stated that he files the petition praying for dismissal of the instant complaint case voluntarily as the case has been amicably settled.

       The Complainant is not willing to proceed with this case as the case has been amicably settled. The materials on record shows that he files the petition today praying for dismissal of the instant case. Such being the position the instant is required to be dismissed for non-procecution. Hence it is

that the instant complaint case bearing No.CC/22/2022 be and the same is dismissed for non-procecution but under the circumstances without costs.
