The record is put up today. OP files a cheque bearing No.757778 of Rs.14816/- drawn on the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited in favour of the complainant. The Complainant, Md Mujahidul Islam received the said cheque with full satisfaction and prays for dismissal of the case on the ground that the instant complaint case has been settled on full satisfaction.

  Heard the Complainant. As the Complainant is not willing to proceed with this case, the case is required tobe dismissed for non-prosecution.

                 Hence, it is

that the instant case No. CC/179/2019 be and the same is here by dismissed as non-prosecution but under the circumstances without costs.

Let plain copy of this order  be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties / Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand  /by post under proper acknowledgment  as per rules, for information and necessary action.
