Complainant is absent since long . It shows that he has lost his interest in this case . The Lawyer of the complainant was also contracted but no response . notice was issued to the complainant but it could not be served to him as because he is not leaving on the address given the complainant . 

                       Hence it appears that complainant is not willing to proceed further in this case . As such the case is dismissed for default . Keep the record in record room .
