1. This complaint is filed under section 35 of Consumer Protection Act 2019 and stood over to this date for consideration and this Commission passed the following order.

2.  This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties. After admitting the complaint, notice was issued to the opposite parties. The notice issued to the opposite parties were served. First opposite party appeared and the case was adjoured to this date for version of opposite parties and appearance of second opposite party. When the case came up for consideration today, first opposite party submitted that the matter is settled and tv set was replaced on free of cost to the complainant. The first opposite party also filed a letter signed by the complainant endorsing that the complainant is satisfied with the service of the opposite party and he is not willing to further proceed with this complaint. In view of the above settlement arrived at between the complainant and the opposite parties, we find that this is a fit case to be dismissed as settled. The letter signed by the complainant is accepted and recorded.  

               In the result, complaint is dismissed as settled. There will be no order as to costs.

               A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
