FINAL ORDER

 Mrs. Pranati Ali, Presiding Member.

             The instant complaint has been filed by the complainant u/s 12 of C. P. Act, 1986 praying for an award directing the OPs to refund the invested money amounting to Rs.3,29,520/- and to pay compensation of Rs.20,000/- to the complainant.

               Now the complaint has been settled between the parties on payment of disputed amount by the OPs.

             The complainant has filed a petition praying for withdrawal of this case being settled on compromise after getting the said disputed amount of Rs.3,29,520/- from the Ops and for that the complainant does not like to proceed with the case further.

            We are satisfied  that the matter has been settled on compromise and for that there is no scope to proceed with the case further and the case be disposed of being withdrawn by the complainant due to such settlement.

             Hence,

                                                                                          Ordered

that the Consumer Complaint No. 174/2014 be and the same is hereby disposed of being withdrawn by the complainant due to such settlement.

            Let a plain copy of this order be made available and be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties on contest in person, Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand under proper acknowledgment / be sent forthwith under ordinary post  to the concerned parties as per rules, for information and necessary action.
