    1. This complaint is filed under section 35 of Consumer Protection Act 2019 and stood over to this date for consideration and this Commission passed the following order.

2.       This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties. After admitting the complaint, notice was issued to the opposite parties. Notice issued to the first opposite party was served. The first opposite party failed to appear before this commission and hence declared exparte. As the notice issued to second opposite party was returned unserved, the complainant was directed to take steps against second opposite party. As the complainant was continuously absent and not taken any steps against second opposite party, this commission issued a notice to the complainant to appear before this commission today to further proceed with this complaint. The said notice was returned with endorsement “address cannot located”. This commission has issued notice to the complainant in the address furnished in the complaint. In the above circumstances, we find that the complainant is not interested to further proceed with this complaint.  

              In the result, complaint is dismissed for default. There will be no order as to costs.

           A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
