          The case is that the complainants had deposited amounts vide Exhibit P1 series receipts with the respondent Trust.  The deposits were made on 31/12/2005 and 28/12/2005. It was made to believe that the amounts will be  doubled on six years.  But no amount is returned so far.  A lawyer notice was issued  but of no remedy so far.  Hence the complaint filed.

          2. The respondents remained exparte.

          3. The complainants filed affidavit and Exhibit P1 series to P3 documents.  There is no evidence to the contrary.

          4. In the result the complaint is allowed and the respondents are directed to return the double amount of Exhibit P1 series amounts with interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of complaint till realization with costs Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One thousand only) within two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
