The case of the complainant is that the complainant had deposited

Rs. 30,000/- with the opposite parties on 25.4.06.  The opposite parties offered that the amount will be doubled within 7 years.  But they never returned the offered amount till the time.  So the complainant sent a lawyer notice.  Burt no amount returned so far.  Hence the complaint.

 

          2. The opposite parties were remained absent and set exparte.

 

          3.  The complainant filed affidavit and Exhibits P1 to P3 series documents marked.  There is no evidence to the contrary.

 

          4. In the result, the complaint is allowed and the opposite parties are directed to return the double amount of Exhibits P1 with 12% interest from the date of filing till realization and cost Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
