          The case is that on 26/9/05 the complainant had deposited Rs.1,00,000/- with the respondents.  It was told that  double amount will be paid on six years.  But no amount is paid so far.  This act of respondents is deficiency is service.  So a lawyer notice was issued but there is no remedy so far.  Hence the complaint.

          2. The respondents set exparte.

          3. The complainant filed affidavit and Exhibits P1 to P3 documents.  There is no evidence to the contrary.

          4. In the result the complaint is allowed and the respondents are directed to pay double amount of Exhibit P1amount with interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of complaint till realization with costs Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One thousand only) within two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
