The case of the complainant is that the complainant had deposited Rs.5000/-with opposite parties vide receipt No.224790 on 28.4.2006. At the time of deposit, the opposite parties offered that the amount will be doubled within 7 years. The complainant demanded the amount when it was matured. But the opposite parties are never returned the doubled amount. So, the complainant sent a lawyer notice on 28.5.2014. But there is no remedy so far. Hence the complaint.
