                                                O R D E R

The case of the complainant is that the complainant had deposited Rs.1,50,000/- vide receipt No.61430 on 20-7-05 with the opposite parties.  They had offered that the amount will be doubled within 7  years.  But, the amount has not been doubled or returned as offered. So, complainant sent a lawyer notice to the opposite parties.  But no remedy so far.  Hence the complaint.

 

          2. The opposite parties were remained absent and set exparte.

 

          3.  The complainant filed affidavit and 3 documents.  It is marked as Exts. A1 to A3.  Ext A1 is the deposit receipt to show the deposit.  There is no evidence to the contrary.

 

          4. In the result, the complaint is allowed and the opposite parties are directed to return the double amount covered by Exhibit A1 with 12% interest from the date of filing till realization and cost Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
