          The complaint is filed  against LIS Charitable Trust for realization of amount.  But it is seen that the deposit receipt would show that  refund application cancelled on 23/3/07.  Thus the cause of action had arisen from 23/3/07.  As per Section 24(A) of Consumer Protection Act  the complaint should be filed within two years from the date of cause of action.  The sending of lawyer notice will not confer fresh cause of action.  Hence the  complaint is rejected as barred by limitation.
