The case of the complainant is that the complainant had deposited

The amount of Rs. 50,000/- and Rs.5,000/-  on 6.6.05 and 14.7.05 respectively with the opposite parties.  They were offered that the amount will be doubled within 7 ½ years.  But no amount or offered amount returned.  So she sent a lawyer notice.  There is no remedy so far.  Hence the complaint.

 

          2. The opposite parties were remained absent and set exparte.

 

          3.  The complainant filed affidavit and Exhibits P1 to P4 documents marked.  There is no evidence to the contrary.

 

          4. In the result, the complaint is allowed and the opposite parties are directed to return the double amount of Exhibits P1 and P2 with 12% interest from the date of filing till realization and cost Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
