          The case of complainant is that on 10/2/06 the complainant had deposited Rs.10,000/- in the project of respondents namely LIS Deepasthambam.  The amount was deposited at 1^st respondent Trust.  It was promised that double amount will be paid on six years.  But no amount is returned so far.  So a lawyer notice was issued.  There is no payment so far.  Hence the complaint.

          2. The respondents remained exparte.

          3. The complainant filed affidavit and Exhibits P1 to P3 documents.  There is no evidence to the contrary.

          4. In the result the complaint is allowed and  the respondents are directed to return the double amount of Exhibit P1 amount with interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of complaint till realization with costs Rs.750/- (Rupees Seven hundred and fifty only) within a month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
