          The case of the complainant is that the complainant had deposited Rs.1,250/- with opposite parties vide receipt No.102346 on 18/10/05.  They offered that the amount will be doubled within seven years.  He demanded the amount so many time.  But the amount was not received.   Complainant sent a lawyer notice to the opposite parties.  But no remedy so far.  Hence the complaint.

          2. Opposite parties  remained exparte.

          3.Complainant filed affidavit and Exhibits A1 to A3 documents.  There is no evidence to the contrary.

          4. In the result the complaint is allowed and the opposite parties are directed to return the doubled amount of Exhibit A1 deposit receipt with interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the  date of filing till realization and Rs.2,000/- (Rupees  Two thousand only) as cost with in one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
