O R D E R

The case of the complainant is that the complainant had deposited Rs.15,000/- with the opposite parties on 19.1.06.  The opposite parties offered that the amount will be doubled within 7 years.  But they never returned the double amount.  So, the complainant sent a lawyer notice.  But no remedy or no amount so far.  Hence the complaint.

 

          2.  The opposite parties were remained absent and set exparte.

 

          3.  The complainant filed affidavit and Exhibits A1 to A3 series documents marked.  There is no evidence to the contrary.

 

          4.  In the result, the complaint is allowed and the opposite parties are directed to return the double amount of Exhibit P1 with 12% interest and cost Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
