          The case is that on 31/12/05 the complainant had deposited Rs.5,000/- with 1^st respondent.  It was assured that double amount will be paid on six years.  But no amount has paid so far.  So a lawyer notice was issued but of no remedy.  Hence the complaint.

          2. The respondents set exparte.

          3. The complainant filed affidavit and Exhibits P1 to P3 documents.  There is no evidence to the contrary.

          4. In the result the complaint is allowed and the respondents are directed to return the double amount of Exhibit P1 with interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of complaint till realization with costs Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One thousand only) within two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
