The case of the complainant is that the complainant had deposited Rs. 10,000/- each on 30-5-2005 and 13-4-2006 respectively.  It was assured that the amounts will be doubled within 7 ½ years.  The complainant sent a lawyer notice to the opposite parties, but no remedy so far.  Hence the complaint.

          3.  The complainant filed affidavit and Exhibits A1series (2 nos.) to A3 series documents marked.  Exhibits A1 series are the receipts produced by complainant to show the deposit amount with the opposite parties.  According to the complainant these amounts along with the double benefit are not returned.  There is no evidence to the contrary.

          4. In the result, the complaint is allowed and the opposite parties are directed to return the double amount covered by Exhibit s A1 series (2 nos.) with interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of filing till realization and cost Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
