The case of the complainant is that the complainant had deposited Rs.25,000/- on 28/10/2005 vide receipt No.112259 with opposite parties. Opposite parties had offered that the amount will be doubled within 7 ½  years.  But they never returned the amount as offered.  So the complainant sent a lawyer notice on 8/11/14 to the opposite parties.  But the offered amount not returned so far.  Hence the complaint.

          2. The opposite parties are served notice properly.  But they were continuously absent.  So set exparte.

          3. The complainant is filed proof affidavit and three documents  produced.  It was marked as Exts.P1 to P4.  Ext.P1 is the deposit receipt to prove the amount deposited with opposite parties.  There is no evidence to the contrary.

          4. In the result the complaint is allowed and opposite parties are directed to pay the double amount covered by Ext.P1 with 12% interest from the date of filing till realization with cost Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three thousand only) within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
