Present:       Complainant in person.

                   Sh. Parveen Manchanda, Assistant Branch Manager, for OPs.

                                Sh. Parveen Manchanda, Assistant Branch Manager appeared on behalf of opposite parties and made a statement that matter has been settled with the complainant for full and final amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lac only) and the opposite parties will pay the alleged amount to the complainant within 30 days.

                   Complainant made a statement that he has read and heard the above statement. He further stated that he agrees with the aforesaid statement and has no objection if the aforesaid matter is disposed off accordingly.

                   In view of the statements made by both the parties, the present complaint is hereby disposed off being settled, with direction to the opposite party to pay the alleged amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lac only) to the complainant within 30 days, failing which the opposite parties shall be liable to pay interest @9% p.a. on the alleged amount from the date of decision till its realization to the complainant. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements.

                   Copy of this order shall be supplied to the parties free of cost. File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
