The record is put up today. Considering urgency the record is taken up for hearing.

Complainant files show cause petition on the ground stated there in from this case which has been registered as M. A Case No. 02/2022.

Hd. the Ld. Advocate of the OP No. 1 (HDFC ERGO Gen. Ins. Co. Ltd.) the show cause is satisfactory. The O.P also filed written version (W.V) with copy be kept with the record.

Accordingly the show cause petition of the O.P is allowed and the W.V is accepted.

          Therefore the M.A Case No. 02/2022 is allowed and disposed of.

          To date i.e. 25.01.2022 for filing fresh steps upon O.P No. 2 by the complainant and appearance by O.P No. 1.
