                              Complainant has made a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that due to some technical defect he withdraws the present complaint with the liberty to file afresh complaint on the same cause of action after removing the technical defect.  

                              In view of the aforesaid statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file afresh complaint, as per law. Certified copy of the order be sent to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room.
