Complainnat is absent . case is pending for disposal from 23/06/2009 . The complainant  has cased unnecessary delay in disposal of the case because he did not examine any witness despite getting sufficient time due to which the evidence of the complainant has been closed on 27/11/12 and on his proper has been allowed to examine has witness on payment of cost vide order dt 16/01/13 . But the complainant has not complied with order dt 16/01/13 and remaing absent there after . It means that the complainnat is not interested in adduceding evidence and has got no interest in his case . Hence case is dismissed in default .
