ORDER

ORDER DATE- 05/06/1996. The respondents is direced to pay Rs.30,000/- towards the loss suffered by the complainant for non delivery of the original documents and also to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- as compensation towards tlhe mental agony suffered by tlhe complainant and also to pay a cost of Rs.1,000/- in all Rs.36,000/- to the complainant within one month from the date of the receipt of the order.
