Case called out repeatedly. Parties are absent. None responds on behalf of both the parties. It appears from perusal of the record that, both the parties are not appearing since long back. The complainant has not filed his reply against the preliminary objection filed by the O.Ps. He has also not filed evidence to show that there was manufacturing defects in the washing machine and microwave purchased by him. He has filed nothing to prove that, there was deficiency in services of the O.Ps therefore, we are unable to hold deficiency on the part of the O.Ps. Consequently, the present complaint is liable to be dismissed. This complaint is dismissed accordingly. Both the parties shall bear their own costs. Let record be consigned.
