Today, Sh. Ravinder Pal Singh, Advocate ld. counsel for complainant has made the following statement before this Forum separately:-

“States at bar that I request this Forum to allow me to withdraw this complaint to file a fresh after removing technical defect.”

In view of the above, the request of ld. counsel for complainant is allowed in the interest of justice. The complaint be returned to the complainant alongwith original documents, if any, as this complaint is dismissed being withdraw. File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
