1.       This complaint is filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 and stood over to this date for consideration and this Commission passed the following order.

             2.   This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties. Opposite parties 1 & 2 entered appearance before this Commission. Second opposite party filed written version denying the allegations raised by the complainant. First opposite party not filed written version inspite of giving sufficient opportunities. This case was adjourned since 16.04.2021 for the purpose of filing the affidavit of the complainant. As the complainant was continuously absent, this Commission issued notice to the complainant to appear before this Commission today to further proceed with this complaint. When the case came up for consideration today, it is noticed that even after accepting the notice the complainant has not appeared before this Commission as directed by this Commission. In view of the continuous absence of the complainant and non appearance of the complainant even after accepting the notice from this Commission, we find that the complainant is not interested to further proceed with this complaint.

          In the result, the complaint is dismissed for default. There will be no order as to costs.        

         A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
