Complainant absent. Opposite parties represented and submitted that the complainant is not turning up to adduce evidence though sufficient opportunity was granted. The learned counsel for the opposite parties vehemently opposed in making the unattested photocopy of the documents produced, without examining thecomplainant. Hence the documents cannot be marked without examining the complainant who is not turning up to give evidence also.
In the result we are inclined to dismiss the complaint as there is no evidence.
In the result complaint stands dismissed.
No costs.
