Sri. Scaria John has filed this complaint before the Forum alleging deficiency in service on the side of the opposite party. Complainant and opposite party present in the Forum on 26.9.2011 and submitted that the matter can be settled. The case is posted today. When called the case, opposite party submitted that they have rectified the minor defects of the watch and entrusted the watch with the complainant. The complainant submitted that he is satisfied with the set and collected the watch from the opposite party. He further submitted that the case may be treated as settlement. Hence we are of the view that the matter need not be proceeded further. Matter closed.
