Complainant and opposite party absent. No representation. Counsel for both parties requested time for settling the matter, for the last several posting dates. Enough time already given for settling the matter. Moreover the dispute is based on the dishonour of a cheque and for payment of money. So we think that there is a Special Act, Negotiable Instruments Act exists for considering the matter and it is proper to approach the appropriate authority for considering as per the Special Act. Hence the petition dismissed.
