          The record is taken up for admission hearing.

          Perused the complaint and documents.

          Heard the Ld. Agent/Advocate of the complainant.

          It appears that the complainant Sunita Deb Roy took loan of Rs.5,00,000/- from the O.Ps, U.B.K.G. Bank but failed to repay the loan due to trouble in business. She also did not know actual amount of the statement of loan. But she came to know mortgage property of the complainant has been forfeited without notice to her.

          Hence this case for compensation and supply of account of statement.

          We find that besides a copy of notice issued under SARFASI Act and copy of Advocates letter and registration slip the complainant has not filed any document in support of her case.

          We find that the proceeding under SARFASI Act has already started against the complainant. The complainant has failed to file any scrap of paper regarding her loan and forfeiture of her property.

          So, ultimately we find that there is no prima-facie case to show that actually there is deficiency in service on the part of the O.Ps and case is liable to be dismissed.

ORDER

Hence it is ordered,

                That the DF Case No.77/2014 be dropped due to want of prima-facie case.
