 Complainant: Santi Bastralaya, Prop. Shantilal Kheria, 61, Netaji Road, P.O. Khagra, P.S. Berhampore, Dist. Murshidabad.

FINAL ORDER

Smt. Pranati Ali, Presiding Member.

 This case has been field by the complainant u/s 12 of C.P. Act, 1986 praying for deposition of Rs.2, 04,486 which has been deducted from the account of the complainant without any reason to pass an award for the sum of Rs.25, 000/- as loss of interest and Rs.10, 000/- for mental pain agony and cost.

The OP has also filed written version denying all the allegations raised by the complainant against them.

Be that as it may, an amicable settlement has been made in between the complainant and the OP and a Solenama has been signed between them.

As per terms of Solenama , the complainant issued  a Cheque dt. 21.03.2016 for Rs.2,35,000/- in favour of the OP-Manager, United Bank of India, Khagra Branch, Murshidabad. The Xerox copy of the said cheque has been submitted before this Forum.

From a letter dt. 28.03.16 of the OP addressed to the Ld. Advocate for the OP, it is also clear that the said cheque has been received by them and they have no other dues regarding this case from the complainant.

Hence,

                                                        Ordered

that the Consumer Complaint No. 84/2009  be and the same is disposed of being amicably settled between the parties as per Solenama .

Let a plain copy of this order be made available and be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties on contest in person, Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand under proper acknowledgment / be sent forthwith under ordinary post  to the concerned parties as per rules, for information and necessary action.
