                                                      O R D E R

          Complaint was filed for getting compensation for the damages caused to the complainants due to occurrence of fire as a result of leakage from the Indane gas cylinder and to get compensation for the deficiency in service on the part of opposite parties. 

All the opposite parties appeared before the forum. On the request of 3^rd opposite party we referred the matter to the mediator. Mediator settled the matter and filed report. 3^rd opposite party has agreed to pay Rs.1,05,000/- to the complainants for the full and final settlement. Complainants accepted the offer. The terms and conditions are construed in the report and both parties accepted and signed the Mediator’s Report. 

Hence complaint is disposed off as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the Mediator’s Report. We direct 3^rd opposite party to pay Rs.1,05,000/- to the complainants and Mediator’s report shall form part of the order. 

Order shall be complied within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order, failing which the complainants are eligible for 9% interest per annum on the aforesaid  amount from the date of order, till realization.
