Complainant present.  Opposite party also present.  It is reported that matter settled by agreeing to pay  Rs.90,000/- as full and final settlement out of Rs.10,000/- shall be paid on or before 31.12.2022 and the remaining amount will be paid at the rate of Rs.5000/- on or before 7^th of each month in 16 installments failing which the opposite party is entitled to recover the balance amount with interest at the rate of 10% per annum for the remaining amount.
