Order No.3 dtd.21.12.2017

                         On receipt of the Notice Ld. Adv. Mr. Ramakanta Dash appeared on behalf of Op and filed vakalatnama. Same is accepted. Complainant being present filed hazira. Both the parties filed a Joint-compromise petition and Complainant states that, he wants to withdraw the complaint as his grievance has been complied and he has received an amount of Rs. 30,000/- (Rs. Thirty thousand only) through A/C payee cheques of Bank of Baroda, Pattamundai with serial No. 526740-747. Complaint also filed a I. Proof along with attested photocopies of said cheques. Accordingly, the petition filed to-day is allowed and the Complaint is withdrawn and disposed of.
