           This is an application U/S-35 of C.P.Act 2019. The Complainant booked N95 Masks & Sanitizer bottle as discount by paying Rs. 1499/- instead of Rs. 3999/-. Matter was admitted & notice also issued but returned undelivered due to insufficient address. The phone  No. 7065449769 & 8287945452 also not attained when called by this Commission. All the E-mail ID are not receiving mails sent by this Commission. The Complainant & the Ld. Advocate on behalf of Complainant not taken appropriate steps for sufficiency of notice. Previous notice backed no addressee found then it was duty of Complainant/Advocate to take steps for sufficiency of notice. Complainant must raised the issues before Ld. Collector, Kendrapara as is the appropriate authority to investigate e-marketing defect and deficiency. Therefore we are advising the Complainant to complain to District Administration who have power to investigate as per C.P.Act, 2019 & as are appropriate authority to check e-marketing fraud.

                On the above observation the C.C.Case No. 23/2020 is accordingly disposed off.

                          Issue extract of the order to the parties for compliance.
