Complainant filed a petition stating that the 2nd opposite party send a letter to him stating that they are ready to settle the case if the complainant is ready to pay ` 2,068 and the complainant is amenable for the said offer and requested to dispose the case with a direction to settle the matter on remitting the said amount. On the basis of the application of the complainant and the letter dated 8.7.11 issued by the 2nd opposite party, this complaint is disposed with a direction to 2nd opposite party for settling the matter on remittance of ` 2,068 and to issue non-objection certificate to the complainant as prayed for in the complaint.
