Consumer Disputes Redressal Forums consumer case(CC) CC/07/144 Of 2007 Naresh Kumari Complainant Versus Manager Indian Bank Respondent For Complainant Kanwaljit Singh For Respondent In this case the counsel for the complainant made statement that opposite party bank has disclosed in para No.2 of the preliminary objection of the written statement about saving account No.13705 of deceased Sat Pal and the amount of rS.1885.00 lying to his account as on 31.7.2007 and that the civil suit filed by the complainant is also pending in the civil court against the opposite party bank and the other heirs of deceased of Sat Pal, so I do not want to proceed with this complaint. In view of the statement of counsel for the complainant recorded today,the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with no order as to costs as the same has become redundant.
