Complainant and opposite party appeared through counsel. The counsel for the opposite party submitted that they are ready to supply a new sari of the same price, if the complainant produces the old one, and the opposite party is ready to pay Rs.750/- to the complainant. Both parties agreed. The counsel for the opposite party has undertaken the matter.
Hence the petition closed as per the compromise.
