          Complainant and opposite parties filed joint statement. Complaint disposed off as per the terms of compromise. Compromise petition shall form part of this order.

As per the terms of compromise we direct opposite party to issue No Objection Certificate to the complainant. Ordered amount shall be paid within one month from the date of receipt of order, failing which in addition to compliance of the above order the complainant is entitled to get cost of Rs. 2,000/- along with 9% interest from the date of order till realization.
