MR. PRAVAT KUMAR PADHI, PRESIDENT:-

                     This matter was placed before the Lok Adalat. Both parties are present and heard. It is settled between both parties that, Opp.Parties shall pay Rs. 1,70,000/- and Complainant is satisfied with the said amount and both parties are also in formed that no Review, Appeal Revision etc. are maintainable against the order passed in Lok Adalat and both parties submitted that they are satisfied  with the settlement.  Opp.Parties are directed to hand over the cheque amounting Rs. 1,70,000/- immediately as soon as possible.

          With the aforesaid observation  the C.C.Case No. 14/2022 is allowed and accordingly disposed off in 3^rd National Lok Adalat.

                Issue extract of the order to the parties for compliance.
