                       Petitioner-DHR filed an advance petition alongwith a Memo. The Memo filed by Petitioner-DHR reveals that Op-JDR has complied the order of this Forum and he has received the the Petitioner-DHR does not want to proceed with the case . Considering the Memo the present Execution proceeding is dropped against Op.
