Complaint is with respect to non sanctioning of leave allowance by the opposite party. Complainant is a member of ESI Corporation wherein the opposite party is the Manager.
Complaint was posted for hearing on admission regarding maintainability. Heard complaint.
On verification it is seen that complainant cannot be termed as a consumer as per the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Also opposite party is not a service provider. The alleged grievance is with respect to non sanctioning of leave allowance which is also not a consumer dispute.
Hence without going in to the merits of the case, we dismiss the complaint with direction to approach appropriate authorities for relief.
